LOST IN TRANSLATION
Hola!
I’m so thrilled about the latest issue of the Japanese magazine LEE which features a story about my work. Back in March Ueno Asako (an extremely creative person, writer, columnist, decorator, consultant…the list goes on) contacted me about wanting to write about me and my products — I was ecstatic and tickled… and oh yeah, very pregnant too. I just love everything Japanese from Hello Kitty to Sushi!
I love how the photos turned out. They were taken by Kikuko Usuyama (an accomplished photographer and fellow FIT alum). But I’m going to have to wait for Asako to translate the article since I don’t speak Japanese!
On pg 46 there’s a DIY project on how to make a rose pin. Maybe you can give it a try! Oh yeah, if you can read Japanese : ).
