DOILY AND ROSES

I love my job.  I have the chance to chat with brides and hear all about their fun and beautiful ideas and all the things girls fuss about for their big day.  I especially enjoy reading about their romance stories and proposals.  The story I’m posting today is a sweet and interesting one.  I remember sharing it with my husband one evening and thinking when love is meant to be, it is.  Read about Betty and John’s love story here.

The wedding took place at the Stone House at the Temecula Creek Inn, in Temecula, CA — a lovely, rustic and romantic place nestled between trees with that awesome west coast weather.  Just perfect.

The colors were ivory, browns and claret red.  The claret red was the color of the bridesmaids dresses and continued into the stationary.  The flowers were arranged in peach/champagne versilia roses, light pink titanic roses, green cymbidium orchids, hydrangeas and pink oriental lilies.

Here are some more details that inspired the final piece.
